Resources	Service Awards The nomination period for the MTCMA Annual Awards Program has been extended. Nominations are currently being accepted for the 2011 Linc Stackpole, Leadership and Rookie of the Year awards through June 30, 2011. MTCMA presents the following awards: Linc Stackpole Manager of the Year Award - to be given to a manager who has contributed to the public management field in some outstanding fashion. List of Award Winners 2012 Nomination Form (pdf) Leadership Award - to be given to a manager in recognition for a particularly innovative project or for solving an unusually difficult problem. List of Award Winner 2012 Nomination Form (pdf) Rookie of the Year Award - to be given to a new manager (in position for 5 years or less) to recognize a particularly good job in a community.
