• 1:30-4:30 ICMA University Workshop: The Manager’s Role In Moving Communities from Good to Great - Building on concepts from the conversation between Jim Collins and Bob O’Neill, captured on DVD
  Workshop leaders: Bob O’Neill, Executive Director of ICMA and Felicia Logan, ICMA Director of Leadership Development
  This workshop addresses Practice 1: Staff Effectiveness and Practice 6: Initiative, Risk Taking, Vision, Creativity, and Innovation of the ICMA Practices for Effective Local Government Management
• 5:30-6:30 Reception - sponsored by ICMA-RC
• 6:30-8:30 Dinner - “Celebrating the Profession”

Friday:

• 7:30-8:30 Breakfast
• 8:30-10:00 Strategic Planning discussion led by Bob O’Neill
• 10:45-12:00 Regional Officers Meeting
